ALL personnel using, maintaining or servicing this unit must be
trained in all safety procedures outlined in this manual. Improper or
careless use of this equipment CAN result in personal injury or
death.
2.2 SAFE OPERATIONS:
Operations shall be restricted to:
Properly trained, qualified and experienced operators and/or qualified
and experienced maintenance and test personnel.
Trainees under the direct supervision of qualified and experience
personnel.
Qualified and experienced maintenance and service personnel.

Operators who qualify to operate this equipment under the above
restrictions shall also comply with the following physical require-
ments:
Have good vision and the ability to read and understand this manual
as well as all safety and operational decals on the equipment.
Be capable of hearing, with or without a hearing aid, at a level
needed to safely operate this equipment.
A record of mental stability with no history of epileptic seizures, dizzi-
ness, or any other disability that may result in injury to himself or
others.
If any of these requirements are not satisfied at any time, the person
failing to meet these requirements
MUST NOT OPERATE THIS
EQUIPMENT.
