Connect the PC and the Server
You can connect the PC to the server directly with cables or remotely through modems. Use one
of the following subsections that describes the connection you will be using between the PC and
the server.
Connecting the PC directly to the server
Place the PC next to the server. Figure 2-1 shows direct connections between the PC and an
Octel Overture 250 server. Figure 2-2 shows direct connections between the PC and an Octel
Overture 350 server.
