Insert Sheet setting

Insert Sheet setting provides the following output variations according to the
original and copy type (simplex/duplex).

e.g. Selecting [Print] with page 5 specified as insertion location:

will be the 5th sheet of copied set.

sides of the insertion, which will be the 3rd sheet of copied set.
With page 6 specified, the same result will be obtained.

The 9th and 10th pages of double-sided original are copied onto both
sides of the insertion, which will be the 5th sheet of copied set.
With page 6 specified, the 11th and 12th pages of the double-sided
original are duplex-copied onto the insertion which will be the 6th sheet
