*2: Releases and grays out the application function previously selected.

*3: Selecting Front/Back Cover mode allows the post inserter setting only on the
Front/Back Cover Screen. Setting keys provided for main body trays are grayed out to
indicate unavailability.

*5: Condition last selected has priority. Condition previously selected will be released.

*6: Automatically selected when the other is selected.

*7: Automatically selected and unreleasable

*8: The [Page Space] key (normally grayed out) becomes available only when Booklet,
Adhesive Binding, or 2 Repeat mode of Image Repeat (including designated order
setting) has already been selected. Similarly, the [Creep Adj.] key becomes available
only with Booklet selected.

*9: With Front/Back Cover + Spread mode in Book Copy selected, Annotation will be
grayed out (not selectable). In other modes, [Temp. No. Set] will be grayed out.

*10: The [Front/Back Cover + Spread] key will be grayed out (not selectable). Setting
any other mode will release Temporary Number Setting automatically, if already
specified.
