Select the desired job, then select the job operation.
– To specify the next job to be printed:
Touch the desired reserve job key to highlight it, then touch [Print
Next].
The selected job will be moved just under the current print job.
This will not function if printing operation has already been started
for the selected job.
– To change the order of jobs:
Touch the desired reserve job key to highlight it, then touch [Prior-
ity].
The selected job will be advanced by one in printing order unless
the job preceding the selected one is already in progress.
If printing order cannot be changed for the selected job, a message
will be displayed for information.
– To suspend reserve job:
Touch the desired reserve job key to highlight it, then touch [Sus-
pended].
Printing operation for the selected job will be suspended and kept
stored in memory.
In this case, the letters “Suspended” on the key will turn orange at
the bottom of the Job List Screen to prompt you that a suspended
job remains in the machine.
Touch [Suspended] to resume printing operation. See page 12-9
for details.
– To clear reserve job:
Touch the desired reserve job key to highlight it, then touch [De-
lete]. Touch [All Delete] on the popup menu to clear all reserve job.
Touch [Yes] on the popup menu to clear the selected job.
All the data of the selected job will be cleared.
– To check the settings of reserve job:
Touch the desired reserve job key to highlight it, then touch [De-
tails].
Check the settings of the selected job on the screen.
Touch [Close] to return to the Job List Screen.
