Load a roll media onto the scroller fl ange and scroller shaft.
Check the flange
spacer’s correct position.
(3) Remove the flange spacer.
(2) Push the scroller flange until it
stops and turn the handle
clockwise until the flange is
fixed to the paper tube.
(5) Cover the scroller flange’s
convex part with the flange shaft
fixture, and push the flange shaft
fixture as far as it goes.
(5) Turn the knob to fix the scroller
shaft.

between the scroller flange and
the media roll.
The flange spacer should
be inserted to the
position indicated by the
line B.
Be careful not to deform
it by applying too much
force.

Move the roll spacer to the media center, and fasten
the fixtures at the roll spacer’s both sides.
Pass the scroller shaft through the roll spacer with fixtures at its
both sides, scroller flange, and flange shaft fixture.
The roll spacer prevents the
paper tube from bending at
the center due to the media
weight.
