Raise the cover (see fig ure37).

Remove the original.

Lower the top cover.

Lock the cover by pushing the front side down and pushing it back to the rear
until you hear a click.
Note:
To ensure proper transport of originals, make sure that the cover i
closed correctly.

Press the ‘stop/correction’ button. The error message on the panel will
disappear.
Cleaning the glass platen
If the glass platen is dirty or charged with static, it should be cleaned in order
to obtain top quality copies. You can clean the white pressure platen at the
same time.
Attention
To achieve the best results, we recommend using Océ
cleaner ‘A’. (Code no. 1068117; Cleaner kit).

Turn off the scanner.

Unlock the top cover by pushing the front side of the cover down and pulling
it towards you.

Raise the cover (see fig ure37).
