Océ 9400-II User Manual

Troubleshooting the printer

This chapter documents problems that may occur with the Océ 9400-II, and
describes how to solve them.

There are three types of printer warnings/errors:

Printer warnings

Warnings appear in the display. The printer will continue to print, but print
quality may diminish.

CONDITIONING

The printer is measuring toner

SHEET TOO SHORT

The sheet fed into the manual feed is shorter than the
print

SHEET NOT FED

Within the specified time-out, no sheet has been fed into
the
manual feed, and so the plot is canceled
