Sterilising
The pressure cooker can be used to quickly sterilize products (e.g. baby bottles, preserving
jars etc).Place the product with the opening facing downwards in the steam basket. Place the
steam basket on the metal stand and add 0,25 litres of water. Position the pressure regulator
to symbol H and start the heating source. Let it sterilize for 20 minutes. Allow to cool down
slowly afterwards.
Cleaning and maintenance
- After each use, wash the pan with hot water and normal detergent. Rinse and dry using
a soft cloth.
- Never wash the pressure cooker in the dishwasher. This precaution must be followed in
order not to damage the rubber parts in the lid.
- Do not use wire sponges or abrasive products, as these can scratch and damage the
stainless steel surface.
Complete cleaning
1. Pressure regulator cleaning
Move out the pressure regulator after each use by pressing it slightly and rotating part (6a)
counter clockwise to rotate into position . Completely detach each part from 6a. Be careful to
make sure the spring remains in the valve. Rinse every part carefully in water and reassemble
them together. Press part 6a to confirm whether it turns smooth and right. If it does not turn
smooth and right, the spring is not correctly fitted.
2. Vent pipe
After the working valve and the pressure regulator is moved out, rinse the vent pipe with warm
water and then check whether the vent pipe is blocked by anything. Make sure the inside and
outside of the vent pipe is cleaned completely.
Place the working valve with the symbol and the arrow facing each other. Press slightly
and turn clockwise. The working valve is now back in its position.
3. Safety valve
Check and clean the nozzle outlet with pressurised water and/or by pressing a narrow tool on
the center cylinder. The cylinder should be able to move downwards and flex back to original
position.
Trouble shooting
It happens:
Indicator rod does not move up or pressure does nott build in the pressure cooker.
Possible reason:
1. The heating temperature is too low
2. There is not enough liquid in the cooker
3. The handle on the lid and the handle on the body are not correctly fitted or the locking
button is not in the right position
4. The rubber gasket is not clean.
Solution:
1. Increase the heat
