Fujikura FH-100 adaptor
Read the section Installation of Adaptor plate before proceeding!
12 mm cleave length:
•
Place the adaptor plate on the mounting rail as shown on the image above.
•
Slide the adaptor plate until the distance between the front of the adaptor plate and the cleaver blade is correct as
indicated in the picture above

Use the 1.3 mm Allen key supplied with the cleaver to tighten the set screws lightly. Do not over tighten.
•
Perform a cleave to verify the function and cleave length. After cleaving, the cleave (remaning length of stripped fiber)
should be approximately 12 mm. If fiber is longer, move the adaptor plate slightly closer to the cleaver blade.
