Loading a fiber into the AUTOCLEAVER LDF ™
1. Place the fiber in the v-groove of the fiber holder, the fiber should extrude as shown in the illustration below.
Close the lid to secure the fiber position.

Important! For the cleaver to work properly the loaded fiber must have an appropriate length. A wrong
length will cause incorrect cleaving and can in the worst case damage the clamping parts.
2. Strip and clean the fiber. Make sure the stripped part of the fiber is minimum 4mm to the left of the cleaver
blade when the fiber is loaded into cleaver.
