Chapter 1

LS1046ARDB Overview

The QorIQ

LS1046A reference design board (RDB) provides a comprehensive platform that enables design and evaluation of

the QorIQ LS1046A processor built on four 32-/64-bit Arm

Cortex

-A72 cores. The LS1046ARDB comes pre-loaded with a board

support package (BSP) based on a standard Linux kernel. The board is lead-free and RoHS-compliant.

The orderable part number for the LS1046ARDB is LS1046ARDB-PB.

This document provides detailed information about LS1046ARDB interfaces, power supplies, clocks, DIP switches, LEDs, and
CPLD system controller.
