QSPI is default boot source

• Supports a QSPI emulator (1.8 V) for offboard QSPI

• Supports a 4 Gbit (512 Mbit x 8) SLC NAND flash

memory (1.8 V) with ECC support

SDHC

One enhanced secure digital host
controller (eSDHC)

• Connects to an onboard SDHC connector (for connecting

an external SDHC card) or an onboard 4 GB eMMC
memory; selection through a 1x2 multiplexer

• Operates at EVDD (1.8 V for SDHC card / 3.3 V for

eMMC memory)

UART

Two DUART modules (DUART1 and
DUART2), each containing two
UARTs

• UART1 and UART2 are connected to a 1x2 RJ45

connector through two RS-232 transceivers

• UART1 can be connected to a micro-USB connector

through a CMSIS-DAP interface; selection through DIP
switch, SW4[4]

I2C

Two I2C controllers (I2C1 and I2C4)

• I2C1: Controls DDR4 DIMM socket, XFI retimer, SFP+

cage, PMIC, clock generator, current monitor, thermal
monitor, EEPROM, mini-PCIe slot, and one PCIe slot

• I2C4: Controls the other PCIe slot and RTC
