5.3 PRIVACY MASK
The ‘Privacy Mask’ is used to mask specific areas within the frame of the camera to be
concealed. A total of 4 areas can be masked.
To setup the Privacy Zone masks, follow the simple instructions below.
1. Select the MASK NO. (1-4), then enable the mask by turning the DISPLAY to ‘ON.’
2. Select the color or type of mask. The different letters represents a different color mask
with the exception of the ‘MOSAIC’ mask, which obscures the selected area.
3. Scroll down to the EDIT AREA to define the unwanted area(s).

4. Using the directional arrow keys, make the
mask bigger or smaller enough to mask over
the entire unwanted area. Once the size has
been adjusted, press the [SET] key.
5. Scroll down to MOVE MASK, then press the
[
u
] right key to move the mask.
6. ‘SAVE & EXIT’ and repeat steps 1-5 as many
times as necessary to mask up to 4 areas of
the screen.
