You can enter characters using the keyboard whose alignment is same as a
PC keyboard. To enter Japanese, use Roman character input.

Display predictive options/usual conversion options. Tap an option to enter text.
•
In one-byte alphabet input mode, these options do not appear if English
predictive conversion is OFF.
•
In Hiragana-Kanji input mode, if the predictive conversion is set to OFF or if
"
変換
(Conversion)" is tapped while the predictive options are displayed,
usual conversion options appear.

to display options out of the list.

Delete characters or symbols to the left of the cursor.

Turn Caps Lock ON/OFF.

If Caps Lock turns ON, symbols depicted on the key can be entered in
Hiragana-Kanji input mode. In Half-width Alphabet input mode, uppercase
character input mode is enabled.

Confirm entered characters.
•
When
is displayed, insert a line feed (in some character entry fields, line
feed is not available).

When "Next" appears, move the cursor to the next entry field.

When it is tapped, the key turns to
and only the first character is entered in

When symbol key is tapped, a symbol depicted on the key can be entered.

When it is tapped twice, the key turns to
and Caps Lock is enabled. Tap
three times to return to lowercase character input.

Switch to number input mode.

In the entry field that Hiragana-Kanji input is available, the input mode
switches to Full-width Numeric input, and in the other entry field, it switches
to Half-width Numeric input.
