Hospital and refrigerator alarm system

Table 16 – CL № 1. Exterior inspection of the SC

To be done

Routine

Visually examine the
SC

Check exterior of the SC, mechanical damage; paint defects
must be absent; legends are to be read easily.

Clean up the SC surfaces with clean cloth.

Remove severe contamination, parts of corrosion, oil spots
from  metal  surfaces  with  soap  suds  preventing  from
penetration  inside  the  SC;  clean  dry  all  surfaces  with  dry
clean cloth and dry up.

Remove  contamination  from  LCD  with  cloth  or  tissue
soaked in alcohol. It is prohibited to use hard cloth, paper,
glass  cleaners  or  chemical  substance.  Do  not  push  hard
against the monitor while cleaning.

If varnish paint coating is damaged, polish it with sand
paper, then clean with alcohol-soaked cloth, cover with
varnish АК-113 and dry up.

Check that connectors and mounting screw are fastened
tight; provide further fastening if needed.

Check integrity of (no mechanical damage) the cables.
