SETTINGS & ADJUSTMENTS

SECTION 3: SETTINGS & ADJUSTMENTS:

3-1 REGULATOR SETTING:

Set the regulator at 90 psi. The regulator adjustment knob is located on top of the regulator body. To adjust the pressure,

lift the knob to unlock it, turn clockwise to increase the regulated pressure or counter-clockwise to reduce the pressure.

Push the knob back in to “lock the setting.

Set the drop type lubricator so that two to four drops of oil is mixed with the air supply every minute.

Adjustment is accomplished with the adjustment knob which is located next to the oil fill port. Turning

the knob counter clockwise increases the oil drip rate. Observe the drip rate through the sight bulb on

top of the lubricator.
