8. Have a second person hold the Left Pulse
Handrail (103) near the left Upright (101). Insert
the Left Pulse Wire (107) from the Left Pulse
Handrail through the hole in the Left Upright and
pull it out of the hole in the side of the Left
Upright. Then, insert the Left Pulse Wire through
the loops in the ties.
Attach the Left Pulse Handrail (103) to the left
Upright (101) with two 3/8" x 5" Patch Bolts (98)
and two 1/2" Black Star Washers (88).
Do not
fully tighten the Patch Bolts yet.
Attach the Right Pulse Handrail (125) to the
right Upright (101) as described above.
Then,
tighten all four Patch Bolts (98).

7. Set the Console Cover (104) on the Uprights
(101). Make sure that the Console Cover is ori-
ented with the ties toward the bottom as shown.
Attach the Console Cover (104) with the two
#8 x 1 1/2" Screws (131) that you removed in
step 5.
Start both Screws, and then tighten
both of them. Do not overtighten the Screws.
Insert the Upright Wire Harness (137) through
the loops in the ties.
