WARNING!!!
When using the helmet without the visor, always remove the visor mechanisms from
the shell and always assemble the side plates.

PEAK ASSEMBLY
1 Repeat the steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the visor disassembly section.
2 Place the peak on the left visor mechanism paying particular attention to insert
the peak inner pawl “C” next to the lower part of the visor mechanism and the
hole “B” on the special circular projection of the same mechanism (see Fig. 17).
3 Place the left side latch on the visor mechanism and insert the inner bayonet “A”
in its special housing in the side mechanism (see Fig. 18).
4 Turn the latch 90° towards the rear part of the helmet (see Fig. 19). Carry out this
operation by pushing the latch towards the inside of the helmet.
5 Follow the same steps on the right side of the helmet.
WARNING!!!
- Do not use the helmet if the peak has not been assembled properly.
- If the visor opening/closing mechanisms are not working properly or if such
mechanisms get damaged, please contact a Nolan authorized dealer.
PEAK DISASSEMBLY
1 Turn the latch 90° towards the front part of the helmet (see Fig. 19). Carry out this
operation by pushing the latch towards the inside of the helmet.
2 Remove the latch from the helmet by pulling it outwards so that the latch inner
bayonet “A” comes out of its housing in the visor mechanism (see Fig. 18).
3 Follow the same steps on the right side of the helmet.
4 Remove the peak by holding its side end and bending it outwards so that the hole
“B” of the peak comes unhooked from the visor mechanism and the inner pawl
“C” inside the peak comes out of its housing in the visor mechanism (see Fig. 17).
5 Repeat the steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the visor assembly section.

INNER VISOR ASSEMBLY
1.1 Remove the visor.
1.2 Make sure that the inner surface of the visor is clean and check that the exter-
nal levers for the pin adjustments are turned towards the inside (see photo 22).
1.3 Remove the protective film from the inner visor on the side in contact with the visor.
1.4 Rest one side of the inner visor onto one of the visor pins and hold it in position,
see Fig. 20.
