Operator Manual

NA 3338 Rapid Combi APM

7.3.12  Fitting the combi-head

1. Attach

 the gasket to 

the back of the combi 

head.

DO NOT

 lubricate it!

2. Place

 the combi head 

on the machine.

(

Be careful!

 The pin 

for the headprotection 

must be pressed 

upwards. Place the 

ice cream head in 

front of the cylinder 

correctly.

3. Make

 sure the milk 

shake dispensing 

piston fits the joint 

correctly.

Loosely 

tighten

 the 

four bolts in the se-

quence shown. Then 

tighten firmly by hand 

following the same 

sequence.

5. Place

 the locking pin 

of the syrup head.

6. Place

 the plug of the 

milkshake motor.

7. Tighten 

the plug of 

the milkshake motor.

8. Place

 the plug of the 

APM.

9. Tighten

 the plug of 

the APM.
