Operator Manual

NA 3338 Rapid Combi APM

5.7 Dry fill (optional)

To fill or top up the machine with ice cream mix using ice cream powder:

1. Remove

the lid from the mix tank.

2. Press

’D.F.’ for 3 seconds.



A set amount of water now flows into the mix tank.

3. Wait

until the agitator rotates more quickly.

4. Add

the powder steadily in a controlled manner.

5. Replace

the lid on the mix tank.

In the off’-mode and ‘wash’-mode the dry fill button act as a
start/stop button of the water tap.

Add the powder steadily to prevent lumps from forming.



Wait at least 5 minutes before dispensing ice cream.



5.7.1 Start up a empty machine with Dry fill

To start up an empty machine:

1. Prepare

enough (at least 4 bags) ice cream mix in a clean, disinfected

bucket.

2. Start

up the machine with the prepared mix according to paragraph 7.3.15
