Transport mode visualisation 2.
When the key is turned to ON, the display (11, Fig. D)
automatically shows the transport/working mode page
(10, Fig. H) thus replacing the screen (1). The screen
(10) remains even after the engine has been turned on. It
shows the following parameters.
Engine speed • : 4-digit number (16, Fig. H) with the
following symbol
ENG
rpm
(14).
CAUTION!
If the engine speed sensor is faulty,
the switches on the display are not
illuminated. To repair the circuit and
replace the engine speed sensor, contact
a Nil
fi sk Service Center.
Fuel level • : the fuel level is shown by the horizontal
bar indicator (15, Fig. H). The last bars indicate the
reserve, they
fl ash when the level is low. The fuel level
instantaneous value in % (17, Fig. H) is shown too.
CAUTION!
If the fuel level is low, a continuous
warning buzzer signals the problem. The
warning buzzer can be reset by pressing
the button (12, Fig. D) on “SEL”.
CAUTION!
If the level sensor is faulty, the display
shows warning messages according to
the type of fault (short or open circuit)
(for the alarm coding see the Alarm
Description paragraph). To repair the
circuit and replace the level sensor,
contact a Nil
fi sk Service Center.
CAUTION!
If the level sensor is faulty, a continuous
warning buzzer signals the problem. The
warning buzzer can be reset by pressing
the button (12, Fig. D) on “SEL”.
The symbol (18, Fig. H) indicates that the fuel level
indicator is activated.
Engine coolant temperature • : the temperature level is
shown by the horizontal bar indicator (11, Fig. H). The
bars
fl ashes in case of overheating. The temperature
instantaneous value (22, Fig. H) is shown too. The
symbol (21, Fig. H) indicates that the temperature
indicator is activated.
CAUTION!
If the coolant temperature is high, the
engine stops and a continuous warning
buzzer signals the problem. The warning
buzzer can be reset by pressing the
button (12, Fig. D) on “SEL”.
CAUTION!
If the temperature sensor is faulty,
the display shows warning messages
according to the type of fault (short
or open circuit) (for the alarm coding
see the Alarm Description paragraph).
To repair the circuit and replace the
temperature sensor, contact a Nil
fi sk
Service Center.
Dust control system tank water level • with the
relevant indicator (19, Fig. H):
– main tank and sub-tank are full
– main tank and sub-tank are empty. In this
condition, the dust control system turns off after
about 10 seconds.
Machine operation mode • with the relevant indicator
(20, Fig. H):
– N , machine movement mode is not regular.
When pressing the drive pedal, the “N” symbol is
replaced by the symbol
.
WARNING!
When the drive pedal is pressed, if
the symbol
is not shown, but the
letter “N” still appears on the display, it
means that the parking brake is engaged
(release the lever) or that the pedal
sensors are faulty. In this case, contact a
Nil
fi sk Service Center.
Engine operation hours • (13, Fig. H) with the relevant
symbol (12).
WARNING!
If the symbol is not shown, but
the key appears on the display, it
means that the maintenance interval
has expired. Proceed as shown in the
relevant chapter.
