TANKS EMPTYING
Once the recovery water tank (5, Fig. G) is full, empty it as
follows.
Recovery water tank emptying
1. Stop the machine using the brush and vacuum
push-buttons (2 and 3, Fig. B).
2. Disengage the supply plug (22, Fig. C) from the
electric system socket and roll the cable (23).
3. Lift the brush/pad-holder using the pedal (20, Fig. C).
4. Lift the squeegee using the lever (19, Fig. C).
5. Push the machine to the appointed disposal area.
6. Empty the recovery tank using the hose (18, Fig. C).
If at the end of the work, rinse the tank with clean
water.
Solution tank emptying
7. Carry out steps from 1 to 5.
8. Empty the solution tank using the hose (18, Fig. C). If
at the end of the work, rinse the tank with clean water.
AFTER USING THE MACHINE
At the end of the work, before leaving the machine:
1.
Disconnect the brush as follows:
– the brush lifted, push the brush switch (2, Fig. B)
to "I" position; after a few seconds, put the switch
back to "0" position, thus releasing the brush.
2. Empty the tanks (5 and 6, Fig. G), following the
instructions given in the previous paragraph.
3. Perform the maintenance operations after the
machine use (see the Maintenance chapter).
4. Leave the machine in a dry and clean place, with
brush and squeegee lifted or removed.
FIRST PERIOD OF USE
After the first period of use (first 8 hours) it is necessary to
check that the fixing and connecting elements are
correctly fixed, that the visible parts are integral and that
there are no leakages.
NOTE
A float automatic closing system (8, Fig. G)
locks the vacuum system once the
recovery tank (5) is full.
The vacuum system locking, which is
caused by the water tank filling up, is
signalled by a sudden increase in the
vacuum motor noise frequency.
