: If your device is offline (not connected to a WiFi or cellular network), your device will store all data and
backfill the App with data the next time it is connected and on charger.
Alerts
Your NIGHTWATCH
®
smart halter
™
offers two types of alerts, smart and manual. All alerts can be enabled,
disabled, and acknowledged/reset through the App.
When defined threshold(s) are breached, you and assigned careteam members will receive an alert via text (1a),
call (1b), and email (1c) of their choice. Careteam members who are invited as viewers must opt-in via the App
themselves to receive alerts. Only those with manager permissions are able to enable, disable, and set alert
thresholds, whereas all viewers can see thresholds, and receive and acknowledge alerts.

Smart Alerts:
Best for long-term use on a single horse.
•
Manual Alerts:
Best for immediate out-of-the-box and short-term use on single or multiple horses.
