CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES: Axis Angle Check and Adjustment
1)
When the right side of the lens is higher on the
axis angle alignment jig, increase the parameter
value.
Ex.— For each shift of a scale along the marking-off
line on the axis angle alignment jig, increase the
parameter value by 1.00.
2)
When the right side of the lens is lower on the
axis angle alignment jig, decrease the parame-
ter value.
Ex.— For each shift of a scale along the marking-off
line on the axis angle alignment jig, decrease the
parameter value by 1.00.

Enter a value with the numeric keypad and press .

Press the “Maintenance” tab.
The maintenance screen appears.

Press Square 45 .
The processing condition screen appears.

Specify the flat edging conditions.
1)
Set each item as follows:
“Material” → CR39
“Type” → Single
“Frame” → Flat
“Soft” → None
“Polish” → None
“Layout” → Passive
“FC” → None
2)
Press .
The layout screen appears.
