VeraSol

A file search capability as designated by the folder icon allows the user to locate a file of choice.
When entering the file name directly via the Input File text box, only the preface part of the file
name is required. If the file cannot be located, an appropriate error message will be presented
to the user.

If the file is located and is valid, the settings are loaded. This will set the Latitude / Longitude,
UTC Time Zone, Date, and Hour values. If a matching time zone description can be found in
the time zone pull down, it is updated accordingly, otherwise it is cleared to an unselected
option.

If an output file specification has not been made and the input file specification was manually
entered by the user via the keyboard, it is defaulted to the name of the input file, allowing
quicker updates to existing data sets.
