Make sure that the light fitting is in perfect condition and that the operating voltage is compatible with the power
line voltage. Open the light fixture by unscrewing the knob on the top of the cover (Fig.
A
). Place the cover to the
side of the light fixture (it remains hanging thanks to the fall-stop cable).
Remove the nut cover from the quadripod by slackening the two screws on its base (Fig.
B
). Now rest the fixture
on the support inserting the threaded sleeve in the relative hold until it is firmly driven home (Fig.
C
).
Orientate
the appliance in the direction indicated on page 7
. Finally secure the fixture in place by tightening the relative
nut to a torque of 40 Nm. Pull the cable out through the top part of the fixture, measuring out enough cable to
make the connection. Locate the upright next to the cable gland (Fig.
C
) and thread the cable through it until
it comes out of the top. The electrical connection in the fixture consists of connecting the
PHASE
wire and the
NEUTRAL
wire in the relative connector installed on the compact power supply unit. Pull out the power supply
plug by acting on the red tab (Fig.
D
). Unscrew the cable clamp cover by undoing the two Philips head screws
(Fig.
E
). In the 4-terminal plug, two terminals are already wired (lamp wires), while the two remaining terminals
are for connection to the mains (Fig.
F
). Strip the
PHASE
and
NEUTRAL
wires and connect them to the terminal
board as indicated in Fig.
F
. Replace the cable clamp cover and secure in place by tightening the Philips head
screws, (Fig.
G
), then put the plug back in the power supply unit (Fig.
H
). To install the lamp turn the shutter
anticlockwise (Fig.
I
) Remove the lamp holder and screw in the lamp (Fig.
L
); reposition the lamp holder in the
reflector and then turn the shutter clockwise (Fig.
I
).
Replace the nut cover and secure in place using the two screws (Fig.
M
). Close the light fixture (Fig.
N
).
S’assurer que le dispositif d’éclairage soit en parfait état et que la tension de fonctionnement soit compatible
avec la tension de ligne. Ouvrir l’armature d’éclairage en dévissant la manette positionnée dans la partie
supérieur du couvercle (Fig.

). Poser le couvercle à côté du dispositif (il reste suspendu par le câble anti-chute).
Extraire le couvre-écrou du quadripode en desserrant les deux vis qui se trouvent à la base du quadripode
même (Fig.

). Appuyer ensuite l’appareil sur le support en introduisant la douille filetée dans le trou prévu à
cet usage, jusqu’en butée (Fig.
C
).
Orienter l’appareil comme indiqué à la page 7
. Serrer enfin l’appareil à
l’aide de l’écrou prévu à cet usage, en appliquant une force de 40 Nm. Extraire de la douille filetée la quantité de
câble nécessaire à effectuer le raccordement. Repérer le montant en correspondance du passe-câble (Fig.
C
),
introduire le câble jusqu’à le faire sortir dans la partie supérieure. Le raccordement électrique de l’équipement
