� . � Error code structure

The error code consists of four digits. indicate critical failures. These are defects that result in the heat pump
shut-down. The next two digits indicate the status of connected temperature sensors. Temperature sensor faults
do not affect the operation of the heat pump. However, due to the lack of information, the quality of regulation and
the thermal comfort inside the building can be impaired.

The following section describes what values the error codes can have and what these values mean. When reading the
code, we proceed from left to right. The order of digits determines their meaning.
� st digit
� - No defect
� - Frost protection (temperature of output water below safe level)
� - Insuf � cient � ow (heat pump water � ow has fallen below the minimum level)
� - Error of the outdoor unit
� - Low water pressure (pressure of water in the system below � . � bar)
� - MX sensor unit temperature sensor defective
If the value of the � rst digit is other than � , the heat pump will shut down.

� - No defect
� - Defective heating (output) water temperature sensor - sensor disconnected
� - Defective heating (output) water temperature sensor - sensor short-circuited
� - Defective return (input) water temperature sensor - sensor disconnected
� - Defective return (input) water temperature sensor - sensor short-circuited
If the value of the second digit is other than � , the heat pump will shut down.

� - Outside temperature sensor defective - sensor disconnected
� - Outside temperature sensor defective - sensor short-circuited
