Messaging

The

Messaging

program is used to send and receive e-mail on NEO. To send and receive e-

mail, you’ll need to synchronize your PC or connect to a Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) or
Internet Message Access Protocol 4 (IMAP4) mail server.
For each of these methods, you need to set up an e-mail account with one exception –
Outlook e-mail accounts are set up by default.

5.14.1 Folders

If you use an

Outlook e-mail account

, messages in the Inbox folder in Outlook are automat-

ically synchronized with NEO. You can use ActiveSync on your PC to synchronize
additional folders. The folders and messages you move are mirrored on the server.
