IP Terminal AutoConfig Setup
3.4.1 Save Existing File Screen
When a previously saved file is edited, the application provides the
ability to edit the file name. If, for example, the naming structure was
based on the IP address and the IP address for a particular terminal
was modified, the file name can be modified to match.
File Type
❏
Save Selected – The file is updated only with the data for which
the Parameter Update check box is selected in each editing
screen. The data is merged into the selected Configuration
File.
❏
Save All – This selection will build a completely new
Configuration File.
Save Directory
❏
Click the Browse button to determine the path where the
confirmation file should be saved.
File Name
❏
Terminal.gz – saves the file with the previously saved file
name.
❏
xxxxxxxxx_Terminal.gz – allows the file name to be changed to
match the terminal information based on the current IP
address, MAC address, or extension number.
