Assigning Agents to different ACD Groups
To assign an agent to a different ACD Group:
You can do this while either logged in or logged out. You
must
log out of the ACD Agent before
reassigning them.
1.
Press the
Speaker
key.
2.
Dial
669
.
3.
Dial the ACD Agent's extension number.
4.
Dial the number of the ACD Group to which you want to assign the agent.
You hear confirmation tone.
5.
Press
Speaker
to hang up.
