1. Installing Internal Optional Devices

Express5800/R120g-2E User's Guide

Chapter 2 Preparations

7. Connect the SAS cable and SGPIO cable to the HDD cage and the Expander Card. See the figure

below.

8. Install Air Duct, Support Bar, and then install Top Cover.

9. Attach the ID label to the 2.5-inch HDD cage.

Note

Keep the removed blank cover for future use.

Removal

To remove an additional HDD cage, reverse the installation procedure above.

Important To keep the cooling effect in the server, install the blank cover in the vacant slot.
