Additional 2.5-inch HDD Cage
This server can have additional 2.5-inch HDD cage for installing additional hard disk drives.

Installation

Follow the steps below to install an additional HDD cage.
1. See steps 1 to 8 in
Chapter 2 (1.3
Overview of Installation and Removal)
for preparations.
Remove the six screws from protective cover, and remove the protective cover.
2. Remove the blank cover of 2.5-inch HDD cage by pulling it.
3. Align the projections (4 places) on the chassis with the holes on bottom of 2.5-inch additional HDD cage,
and slide the cage toward the rear of the chassis while pushing the cage lightly from top.
Note
Make sure that the turn-up portion of lower part of 2.5-inch additional HDD cage
does not get on the metal plate of bottom of the chassis.
