(4)  Removing rail assemblies 

Remove the rail assemblies from the rack by using the following procedure. 

 

1. Refer 

to 

Chapter 2 (2.1.2) - (3) Removal procedure

 to remove the server from the rack. 

2. 

Push the unlock lever on outer rail to the 
direction shown by arrow to house the slide 
rail. 

 

3. 

While pressing the lever on outer rail, push 
the outer rail toward inside of the rack, then 
remove it.
