- Macro groups
a) Create macro groups
1) Click “Macros” Æ “Configure” Æ “Macro Groups...” to open the “Macro Groups”
Dialog Box. Previously-created Macro Groups are listed in the “Defined Groups”
field.
2) Click “Create” to open the “Create Macro Group” Dialog Box.
3) Enter the “Macro Group Name” (1-32 characters).
4) Select the “Group Type” (Global / Personal).
5) Select the macros you want to add to this macro group from the “Macro
Available” list, and then click “Add” to add the selected macros to this macro
group.
6) If you want to delete a macro from this macro group, select the intended macros
from the “Macros In Group” list, and then click “Remove”.
7) Click “OK” to create the macro group and close the “Create Macro Group”
Dialog Box. The created macro group is listed in the Defined Groups. If you
want to quit without creating the macro group, click “Cancel”.
8) To display the macro groups on the tool bar, select the intended macro groups
from the “Defined Groups” list, and then enable “Display on Menu”.
9) Click “Close” to close the “Macro Groups” Dialog Box.
