Problem:
Error detected while verifying magnetically encoded card
on track

is the number of the encoding track
reporting error.
Cause:
Bad card, Magnetic Encoder Head possibly out of
alignment, start sentinel has wrong setting (
check
“Encode Start”, “Encode W/R Delay”, “Wheel Count to
Edge”, and “Start Check Tolerance” parameters
).
Operator
Remove card and try again, check settings
Action:
For mechanical problems contact NBS Service Rep.
Transport Jam
Problem:
Transport servo reports a jammed condition.
Cause:
Jammed card sometimes occurs when there is
resistance to running the transport, also can occur if
“Max Speed” set too high (
typically above 65
), or a
jammed drive belt.
Operator
Remove
jammed
card

check and correct settings
.
