ClubTrack 2100 ClubTrack 510/612
Config Plate:
 Transformer output is 12VAC. Not the same
transformer as on 510/612.
 Line filter is Corcom F7585B for all models.
 Uses same circuit breaker as Club 510/612.
 Uses same Config PCBA as Club 510/612.
Config Plate:
 Transformer output is 20VAC.
 Line filter is Corcom F7585B for 230V
models, F7585A for 120V.
Grade Motor:
 Black wire is moved one pin toward the red
wire compared to 510/612. This was
required to meet commercial safety
standards.

Main Motor:
 Leeson 230V 3-phase AC induction.
 Has 3 wires for connecting to 3-phase power
input.
 Has 2 more wires that are thermal switch
outputs. These are normally closed but will
open if motor overheats.
Main Motor:
 Baldor 200V 3-phase AC induction.
 Has 3 wires for connecting to 3-phase
power input.
Console:
 C50 with LED or LCD display.
 Commercial contact heart rate (CHR) system
has higher performance than 510/612.
 Separate Ergo Board contains telemetry
heart rate and magnetic stop key inputs.
Console:
 C40 LCD or Plus graphics LCD.
 Isolated contact heart rate (CHR) system.
 Telemetry heart rate and magnetic stop key
are part of the main Console Board.
Cables (Drive Board):
 Config cable: From Config PCBA to Drive
Board (P20). Has new connector on Drive
Board side– prevents “off by one pin”
problems.
 Main VBUS wires (heavy blue/brown wires
from Config Plate to Drive Board): For 120V,
individual wires plug into P11, P15 on Drive
Board. For 230V, a single connector plugs
into P19.
 Communications cable to Console: Plugs into
P1 on Drive Board using a single in-line
latching header. Second half of cable plugs
into corresponding Console connector. The
two half-cables are mated together when the
Console is first installed.
