1. Connect the DMM and function generator to channel 0 of the PXIe-5164 as shown in the
AC Verification Test Connections figure.
2. Configure the DMM with the following settings:
•
Function: AC voltage
• Resolution: 6.5 digits
• Min frequency: 49 kHz
• Auto Zero: Enabled
• Aperture: 0.02 second
• Range: the DMM Range value from the AC Amplitude Accuracy Verification table
3. Configure the PXIe-5164 with the following settings:
•
Input impedance: the Input Impedance value from the AC Amplitude Accuracy
Verification table
• Maximum input frequency: (1 MΩ) 300 MHz, (50 Ω) 400 MHz
• Vertical offset: 0 V
• Vertical range: the Vertical Range value from the AC Amplitude Accuracy
