6.2 Warranty (repair) basis
The warranty period (warranty period) starts from the user receiving the product.
During the warranty period (warranty period), if the product malfunctions, our
company's maintenance personnel are responsible for free on-site repair. If the
replacement parts are required due to their own quality rather than improper use, they
can be replaced for free, otherwise they must be paid. The shell is not covered by the
warranty!
Warranty (repair) basis

Users operate according to the requirements of this user manual;

The implementation of installation, debugging, moving positions, adding
accessories, and maintenance work is the responsibility of our company's
designated or specialized personnel;
●
Regular maintenance is carried out according to the methods specified in this user
manual;
●
If the above requirements are not met, i.e. damage caused by improper user use,
our company is responsible for repairing it, but it is not free of charge.
Our company guarantees that within 12 months after the sale of the machine, any
issues related to the quality of the machine (excluding damage caused by improper
user use) will be covered by our company's warranty. Beyond the warranty period,
repairs will be charged.
7.Fault handling
7.1 Emergency door opening cover
During normal use, due to accidental power outage or failure of door opening
operation, you cannot use the automatic door opening function, but you must remove
the items in the centrifuge chamber. In this case, you can use the manual door opening
method of the centrifuge to open the door cover and take out the separated sample.
Attention: This method is only allowed to be used in emergency situations and must
not be used casually!
