5.8 Safe use of rotor
5.8.1
Before the rotor runs, the sample should be accurately and symmetrically
loaded and the test tube should be placed.
5.8.2
When installing the horizontal rotor pipe rack, please pay attention to whether
the pin shafts on the pipe rack are reliably inserted into the slot holes on both sides of
the pipe rack, and then rotate the four pipe racks by hand to see if they are flexible
and free.
5.8.3
Do not operate the horizontal rotor for a long time in the critical speed range
of 900r/min, otherwise it will cause significant vibration of the machine and affect its
service life.
Do not start the machine when the locking sleeve
of the rotating head is not tightened on the rotating shaft!
5.8.4
If the centrifuge needs to be operated repeatedly, the locking sleeve must be
checked for looseness after several uses. If there is looseness, it must be tightened
before starting and running.
5.8.5
Centrifugal test tubes can load samples at different times, but they must be
symmetrically loaded (with a permissible weight error of
≤
1.5g). When loading
samples asymmetrically, it is never allowed to start running.
