USED MATERIALS and CHARACTERISTICS
* Our elevator motor is an asynchronous motor compatible with 3 Phase 220/380 Volt 50Hz electric
voltage, with copper sheet bar, squirrel-cage.
* While producing the machine and the motor, raw materials and auxiliary materials compatible with
TSE standards are used. Therefore, it is not possible to experience any problem.
* Bodies and covers of the machine and the motor are pig sand casting from standard ingot.
The machine main gear cone is manufactured by alloyed material and resistant to stress.
* The machine main gear and bearings are alloyed bronze casting, samples are taken from each batch
casting and analyzed in KOSGEB laboratories.
* Steel material is used in machine and motor shafts and worm screw production.
Worm screw gear is manufactured as being hardened against abrasion and sanded
* First operating of our machine is made in our factory and final controls are made.
* Motor insulation, cable and glazed wires comply with TSE standards and they are varnished and
fires after winding.
* Electro mechanic brake of our machines are operated under 180 Volt DC voltage and they have
double wound operated.
* Our machine has been designed and manufactured according to EN 81.20 and EN 60204-32 standards.
Out motors used in our machines has been designed and manufactured according to EN 60034.1 standard.
THE MOTOR CONTROL CHARACTERISTICS
* Electricity panel compatible with motor power should be used.
* In order to deactivate the motor in case that THERMOSTAT 600C that is engaged against body
temperature increase as a result of over loading in the elevator motor and controlled external fan and
extreme winding temperature, 24 Volt AC THERMISTOR 120°C is used. Discharge ends should be
connected to phase protection relay on the panel.
* It is recommended to use a switch on electricity panel deactivating drive trains in case of need.
* The motors those are directly connected to main supply, thermic magnetic switch against over loading
that cuts feeding on conductors under whole voltage and that can be installed manually again, should be used.
