* Voltage should be disconnected via the main switch before starting periodical machine maintenance.
* Lubrication in the elevator machine and the motor maintenance, should be made in accordance with related diagram.
* Oil level should be checked once in a month.
* The oil greasers should be checked in periodical maintenances and oil deficiency in the
greasers should be completed.
* Liquid oils should be replaced once in a year.
* Tension on the ropes in the pulleys should be checked in periodical maintenances. It should be
checked and adjusted since not having ropes in the same tension will cause abrasion of the driving pulley.
* Stopping accuracy of the electromagnetic brakes should be checked in periodical maintenances.
* Abrasion of the brake lining should be checked and it should be replaced with a new one when it is abraded
* Accessible rotating parts of the machine and the motor, are painted yellow partly for warning purposes.
Attention should be paid for damages those can happened to those parts in maintenance.
