CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
This certificate of warranty given by NAGEL Makine & Motor, does not cover followings in addition to
malfunctions those can arise due to use of the machine and the motor out of normal use.
1. Damages and malfunctions arising due to misuse.
2. Damages and malfunctions arising during loading, unloading and transportation.
3. Damages and malfunctions arising due to use of different voltages, low or much voltage, faulty equipment, starting
panels and protective safety equipments not suitable for motor voltage and power (phase protection relay, Insurance,
thermic that has no ampere adjustment based on motor power).
4. Damages and malfunctions arising due to fire, lighting and natural disasters.
5. Malfunctions sourced from misuse against issues taking place in instructions for use.
6. Abrasion on drive and deviation ducts those will arise by not using required weights and due to cabinet suspension
cable hardness and stress.
7. Bumping the cabinet up and down.
8. Alterations made on product label dates and serial numbers
9. Production numbers were applied on the parts in production pahse and these parts are alloyed, it is out of warrantee
when these parts are replaced with another rmachine and motor parts.
10. Not using elevator machine and motors as indicated in instructions for use and makine maintenance, repair
or intervention by unauthorized persons.
11. Dismantling the machine and the motor.
12. Damaged windings due to long term operations on low speed in cabinet adjustment time.
13. Operating the motor by giving direct current without connecting protective systems.
14. Damages and malfunctions those can arise after delivery of the goods to warehouse and cargo companies whose
we indicated for shipments.
15. Damages and malfunctions arising during carrying load over the machine’s capacity.
16. Supplying wrong voltage to thermistor protecting the motor (it should be 24 Volt).
17. Not using slip brake on braking system according to TS 10922 EN 81-1+ A3 in case that elevator
cabinet speed is over 1 m/sec.
OUR MACHINE-MOTOR MANUFACTURES HAVE
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE FOR 2 (TWO) YEARS
* Warranty periods begins in delivery date of the good and it takes two (2) years.
* Our product takes place with the scope of warranty against material, labourship and production errors including all
parts except the issues indicated above.
* In case that the product fails within it is warranty period, the period that is passed in repairment, is added to warranty notified to a service
station or the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer or producer in case that there is not any service station.
In case that any malfunction of the good cannot be removed within 15 working days, its manufactuer, producer or importere should
assign another good with similar characteristics to its consumer until repairment is completed.
period. Repairment period of the good is maximum thirty (30) days. This period begings when malfunction related with
the product is notified to a service station or the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer or
producer in case that there is not any service station. In case that any malfunction of the good cannot be removed
within 15 working days, its manufactuer, producer or importere should assign another good with similar characteristics
to its consumer until repairment is completed.
* No fee will be demanded for any labourship expenses, replaced part cost or any other cost for processes performed within the scope of
warranty of the product.
* Our company is responsible of determining technical methods to remove any malfucntion and determining any part to be replaced.
Repairing a malfunction can be made in the location where the product is available or in our factory workshop. Our customer should
approved this situation.
* Even though a consumer uses repairment right, that consumer can demand replacement of the good free from charge,
refunding or cost discount in proportion to defect in case that the same malfunction is repeated more than two within a
year on condition that it is within its warranty period since the date the good is delivered to the consumer or in case
that different malfunctions is arisen more than four times or in case that different malfunctions arises more than six
times, additionally, in case that these malfunctions make it impossible to have benefit from the good, in case that the
time required for repairment exceeds the maximum period, in case that it is determined that a malfunction cannot be
repaired with a report to be issued by its service station and repectively its seller, dealer, agency, representative,
importer or manufacturer- producer if there is not a service station.
* Transportation, asesmbly and chest package type are not included into product price, the good is delivered in nylon package in our factory
address.
* The machine and the motor take place within the scope of warranty together.
* For issues those can arise regarding certificate of warranty, it can be applied to General Directorate of Protection of Consumer and
Competition, Ministry of Industry and Trade.
