6. The air cylinder must be readjusted when the clutch is readjusted and any time the travel or

position moves from the specifications described above.

Determine the length of travel for the engaging cylinder.

7. Multiply the length of the hand lever by the value shown in the following chart. This provides

the approximate required length of the piston stroke.

Note: The hand lever length is the distance from the center of the operating shaft to the point

where the cylinder will be connected to the lever.
