Rockhopper 38 – Maintenance Manual

4.3.6 Replacing the Heater Board Assembly

Step 1 :

Remove the Front Cover. Refer to “Removing Front Cover”.

Step 2 :

Remove the Unit Panel Cover. Refer to “Removing the Unit Panel Cover”.

Step 3 :

Remove the Heater Panel Cover. Refer to “Removing the Heater Panel Cover”

Step 4 :

Disconnect the flat cable connected to the mainboard.

Step 5 :

Remove the four screws of the Heater Panel Assembly.

Step 6 :

Remove the Heater Panel Board after removing the two screws holding the flat cable.

Step 7 :

To install removed components, please reverse removal procedure.
