MOUNTING AND USE
Assembling the Knob to the Lid:
1) Position the knob and the knob base over the hole in the lid.
2) Push the screw through the small gel washer and the hole
from underneath the lid.
3) Screw the screw tightly into the knob.
4) Periodically tighten the screw if needed.

Connecting the unit
1. Connect the temperature regulator to the base of unit(220-
240Vac). Make sure that the plug is connected properly.
2. Set the temperature regulator to heat level “0”.
3. Connect the plug to a socket.
To condition:
Spray or brush the surface with cooking oil and set the control
knob to the recommended cooking temperature. When the
indicator light goes off, the unit is preheated and the grids are
ready to use.
Carefully follow the suggested cleaning procedures.
Metal utensils may scratch the non-stick surface. Wooden, heat-
proof plastic and nylon utensils are recommended.
Cooking:
1) Turn the knob to the desired setting.
The red indicator light will light up.
2) The light will go off when the grilling
pan has reached the selected temperature.
3) When you have finished, turn the knob
to off position and unplug the power cord.
4) During operation, the light will turn on and off, indicating
the correct temperature is being maintained.
NOTE:
• The glass cover has a vent through which hot steam can
escape!
• Avoid contact with this escaping steam.
• The cover can become extremely hot during operation there-
fore use oven gloves, etc. where possible when removing the
cover to avoid burns.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Disconnect the plug from the wall outlet, and then remove
the power cord connector together with the power cord from
the appliance.
2. Allow the unit to completely cool down.
3. Wipe the grill pan and lid with warm soapy water using a
sponge or dishcloth.
4. Wipe it thoroughly to remove soap residue.
5. When using the grill, DO NOT touch or handle the oil drip
tray. It can get very
HOT during the cooking process and may cause burns.
6. Remove the power cord connector before you clean the
appliance and dry the appliance inlet before you use the appli-
ance again.
Instructions on environmental protection
Do not dispose of this product in the usual house-
hold rubbish at the end of its life cycle; hand it over
at a collection point for the recycling of electrical
and electronic appliances. The symbol on the prod-
uct, the instructions for use or the packaging will tell you about
the methods for disposal.
The materials are recyclable as mentioned in its marking. By
recycling, material recycling or other forms of re-utilisation of
old appliances, you are making an important contribution to
protecting our environment.
