IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions

voltage as shown on the rating plate.

3. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse or 

rinse the housing, cord or plug in water or any other liquid.

installing or removing parts and before cleaning.

plugged into any AC electrical outlet (ordinary household cur-

rent). Do not use any other electrical outlet.

13. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use the handles or knobs.

14. Take care opening the lid cover, because hot steam might 

escape, causing burns.

15. The temperature of the accessible surfaces may be high 

while the appliance is operating.

16. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of 

an external timer or separate remote-control system.

17. The appliance cannot be partially or fully immersed in water 

for cleaning.

18. Only use the appropriate connector supplied by the manu-

facturer.

19. The appliance is for private use only.

20. This appliance is not intended for use by children or other 

persons without assistance or supervision if their physical, sen-

sory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely. 

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play 

with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be 

made by children without supervision.

21. The product is intended for indoor use only.

Before Using for the First Time

1) Remove all packaging materials from the unit.

2) Wash the pan, base, and lid with warm soapy water using a 

sponge or dishcloth. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soapy 

residue.

Caution: Do not soak the wok in water.

Warning:

Never immerse the cord, plug or control knobs in any 

liquid. This may result in a short-circuit.

Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
