STEP 11:
Placing Guide Rods and Selector Plates onto main
frame for Leg Ext/Curl & Hi/Low Pulley stations
First place the rubber donuts onto the lower horizontal tubes of the 2 main
frames as shown. Feed each guide rod thru the holes on the respective upper
main frame horizontal tubes then insert into the holes on the base lower tubes.
There are washers, nuts, and bolts that secure the guide rods to the 2 horizontal
tubes. The Leg Ext/Curl has some special recepticles to receive the guide rods.
