STEP 15:
Threading of Cable for Multi-Press Station

Starting at end of the cable that attaches to the weight stack, screw the bolt into

the selector stem. Thread the cable up and over the pulley at the top of the

frame. Continue threading the cable to the pulley under the weight stack.

Then route the cable to the horizontal pulley on the bottom of the frame under

the bench assembly. It continues to another pulley directly under the junction

of the pressing arm. The cable then goes up and over the pulley on the

undersidr of the pressing arm. The cable then is inserted and connects to the

receptacle on the horizontal tube under the pressing arm.
