STEP 10:
Placing Guide Rods and Selector Plates onto main
frame for Multi-Press and Lat/Low Row stations
Rubber donuts go first onto the lower horizontal base frame tubes. Feed each
guide rod thru the holes on the respective upper main frame horizontal frame
tubes then insert into the holes on the base lower tubes. There are washers,
nuts, and bolts that secure the guide rods to the 2 horizontal tubes.
